Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing products or ordering services on the website. By submitting your purchase/order, you accept the terms and conditions described herein.

2. Subject of the Contract

The scope of these GTC covers the products and/or services provided through the website operated by the service provider (hereinafter: Website). The contract is concluded electronically between the buyer (hereinafter: Buyer) and the Service Provider, in Hungarian.

3. Order Process

The Buyer selects the desired product or service. The Buyer submits their order by clicking on the "Order" or "Purchase" button. The Service Provider confirms the receipt of the order by email. The contract is thereby concluded.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

6. Right of Withdrawal (mandatory only for private individual buyers!)

The Buyer (if a consumer) is entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Government Decree 45/2014. (II.26.): The Buyer may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of receiving the product (for services, from the conclusion of the contract). The intention to withdraw must be communicated by email or post. The product must be returned in an undamaged condition. The cost of return is borne by the Buyer. The Service Provider refunds the amount within 14 days. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal (if relevant!): Products made to individual specifications Digital content, if the performance has begun and the consumer has waived their right

7. Complaint Handling

The Buyer may lodge a complaint through the Service Provider's contact details. The Service Provider records complaints in writing and responds within 14 days. If the complaint cannot be remedied, the Buyer may turn to a conciliation body.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for: any technical errors that may occur on the site misunderstandings due to the fault of the orderer performance problems resulting from incorrect data entry

9. Copyrights

All content on the website (text, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or adaptation thereof is prohibited.

10. Other Provisions

The contract is concluded electronically, and the document is not filed. Hungarian law applies to the contract. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the GTC, which does not affect previous orders.
